This policy explains what PrepOak (App Business Ventures LLC) collects when you use prepoak.com, why, and how long we keep it.

What we collect

• Your answers: the answers you give in the free diagnostic and in your practice, with their scores, so we can show your results and progress.
• Contact details: your email address, if you ask us to email your result or when you buy, so we can send sign-in links, receipts and support replies. We don't send newsletters.
• Payment: Stripe processes your payment. We receive the amount, the last 4 digits of the card and the country, never the full card number.
• Technical data: your IP address, browser type and the page that sent you to us (including ad campaign tags such as utm, gclid and fbclid), used to prevent fraud and abuse and to measure which ads work.

How we use it

Only to run your practice, to support you, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to measure our own marketing. We never sell your personal information.

Who processes it

• Our own servers and storage, in the United States.
• Stripe (payments) and Amazon Web Services (email delivery).
• Meta (Facebook/Instagram), only if you accept ad cookies: see Cookies below.

How long we keep it

• Diagnostic results and orders you don't pay for are deleted after 30 days.
• Your account, practice history and paid orders are kept for 1 year after your access ends, so you can come back to them, then deleted. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.
• Our database backups are kept for 30 days, so deleted data can stay in a backup copy for up to 30 more days.
• You can ask us to delete your data sooner: email support@prepoak.com from the address you used.

Cookies

We use a few first-party cookies to keep you signed in, count visits and remember which ad or link brought you here. If you accept ad cookies, we load the Meta pixel on public pages and send purchase events to Meta to measure our ads. Purchase events may include the product, amount, a hashed email address, advertising identifiers, IP address and browser information. We never send your answers or private links. You can decline ad cookies in the cookie notice and the site still works.

Children

Our site is for adults; we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion, depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or California law). Email support@prepoak.com. We answer within 30 days.
