These terms apply when you use prepoak.com ("PrepOak", "we", "us"), which is run by App Business Ventures LLC. By buying access you agree to them.

What we sell

Online practice tests: question banks with explanations, full-length mock exams, topic drills and saved progress, sold per exam as a one-time payment for a stated number of days of access. Each exam is sold separately. The price, what's included and how many days of access you get are shown on the exam's page and at checkout.

• CDL knowledge tests (commercial learner's permit): $24, 90 days of access from the day you pay.
• NREMT EMT certification exam: $29, 180 days of access from the day you pay.
• CCRN (Adult) certification exam: $39, 180 days of access from the day you pay.

Independent practice, no pass guarantee

PrepOak is an independent practice-test service. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any exam body, licensing agency or certification board, including the FMCSA, AAMVA and state licensing agencies, the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) and AACN Certification Corporation. Our questions are written for practice; they are not official exam items. We can't promise that you'll pass any exam, and your score with us doesn't predict your official result. Exam rules, formats and fees are set by those bodies and can change; check their official information before you book.

Your access

• You must be at least 18 years old to buy.
• Access is personal: one person, for their own study. Don't share your sign-in links, and don't copy, scrape, resell or republish our questions or explanations.
• We sign you in with links sent to your email; anyone who has one of those links can open your account, so keep them private.
• When your access period ends, practice stops; your account and order history stay so you can buy again.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include everything. It's a one-time payment, not a subscription: nothing renews. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

Refunds

You can get all your money back within 30 days with one tap in your account. See our refund policy.

Limits

We provide the service "as is". We work to keep questions accurate and current, but mistakes can happen; if you spot one, tell us at support@prepoak.com. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is the amount you paid us, and we aren't liable for indirect losses such as a failed exam or exam fees. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you paid applies to that purchase. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: support@prepoak.com.

CCRN® is a registered service mark of AACN Certification Corporation. NREMT and National Registry are trademarks of the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. Other names belong to their owners and are used only to describe the exams our practice covers.
