If PrepOak isn't helping you, get all your money back. Within 30 days of paying, sign in, open My account and tap Refund me next to the exam. We refund the full price at once; no questions, no email needed. Your access to that exam ends when it's refunded.

• One money-back refund per person for each exam.
• After 30 days, or if the button isn't there, write to support@prepoak.com from the email you bought with. If something didn't work on our side, we'll make it right.
• Refunds go back to the card you paid with and usually show within 5-10 business days.

We don't offer a pass guarantee: no practice test can promise you'll pass.
